Terms & Conditions

General
By accessing or using any of the services offered by Gitte Schumacher (coaching, retreats, speaking engagements), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or entering into an agreement.

Services
Gitte Schumacher provides coaching, retreat experiences, and speaking services, all designed for educational and motivational purposes. The services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or psychological advice.

Booking & Payments

Coaching Services: Full payment for coaching sessions must be made before the first session. Payment plans may be offered upon request.
Retreats: A non-refundable deposit of €1,000 is required to secure your retreat booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
Speaking Engagements: A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance due 7 days before the event.

All payments must be made through the available payment methods on the website or as instructed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Coaching: Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
Retreats: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat will receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit). No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat.
Speaking Engagements: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the coaching or retreat process. The services provided are not guaranteed to result in specific outcomes, and clients are responsible for implementing any strategies discussed.

Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions or retreats will remain confidential. Gitte Schumacher will not disclose any client information without express written consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property
All content provided in the coaching sessions, retreats, and speaking engagements (including but not limited to materials, guides, and workbooks) is the intellectual property of Gitte Schumacher. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gitte Schumacher is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

Changes to Terms
Gitte Schumacher reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through updates on the website.
